SAFETY COMES FIRST
As with everything we do, safety is our #1 concern!
Each pontoon will have all surfaces disinfected and wiped down AFTER EVERY USE with an industrial solution.
Rental Safety Rules and Regulations
For safety reasons please follow these rules:
· No running on the boat
· No standing on the seats or edges of the boat
· No glass bottles, weapons, or illegal drugs
· No jumping from the boat while it's moving or the engine is running.
The captain will let you know when it is safe to enter the water. To disobey this rule by anyone in the group will result in the IMMEDIATE termination of the trip and no refund will be given. NO EXCEPTIONS!
· Stay clear of towing ropes and anchors.
· No Fishing
· No rough housing, pushing or pulling of other passengers.
· Keep ALL items/clothing secure. We are not responsible for lost or stolen Items.
· Hold on tight to the tubes while using them.
· Please do not flip the Lily Pad in the water
· A life vest MUST be WORN AT ALL TIMES while in the water and on the tubes.
· There is absolutely NO smoking while the boat is moving. If you decide to smoke while the boat is stopped, it is at your own risk.
If any damage is to occur due to smoking, the credit card on file will be charged for any damage as well as any down time the boat may see. For instance, if the boat is not available to charter other guests while repairs take place, the credit card on file for the trip will be charged for the repair and the cost of another trip. No exceptions.
Disregarding these rules or partaking in unsafe activities can result in your trip being immediately terminated without refund.
The following items are not allowed on the boat.
· Red wine
· Pets
· Styrofoam
· Red fruit punch, kids barrel juice drinks all colors.
· Kid’s slime
